Five Antarctic Specially Protected Areas are designated within the ASMA

 

Five Antarctic Specially Protected Areas (ASPAs) are designated within the McMurdo Dry Valleys ASMA. Each ASPA has its own management plan and a specific permit is required for entry. Follow the links below to access the current management plan for each area:
